Best Doggie Cookie Recipes – The Conclusion

This recipe is only one of many that I make for my dog. His absolute favorite recipe is my homemade Peanut Butter Dog Biscuits!

One thing to keep in mind is the price. The highest priced ingredient does not mean it is the ingredient by any means. I do not buy the most expensive, nor do I buy the bottom of the barrel. I look at nutritional value and I buy what is compatible with my dog. Usually, I try to stay around 22-26% of protein per serving and 13-15% fat content. Now keep in mind, this food comparison is for adult dogs and not meant for puppies just getting started. For puppies, you will want to up the protein content a bit and lower the fat content to ensure you are feeding them the best homemade dog food treats possible for their young systems.
